Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Designer for Home & Lifestyle Products. The Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing innovative products aligned with the brand's vision, emulating its iconic print language. Key responsibilities include conducting market research & identifying innovative product trends, visualizing product concepts, applying design thinking principles, and creating prototypes in co-ordination with vendors. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine ideas, the designer will ensure product excellence - from the product to its packaging.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Product Design.
• Proficiency in applying Design Thinking & Creative Software (Adobe creative suite, Procreate and/or similar) methodologies to solve problems creatively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to cross-functional team efforts.
• Familiarity with luxury product design is a plus.
• 3-5 years industry experience in home & lifestyle products
• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
