Senior Designer

Job Summary:

The Senior Designer will design and develop high-quality interior pages and covers for K-12 and Higher-Education books. The role requires strong layout, typography, and production skills, along with the ability to translate client briefs into clean, functional, and visually engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designbook interiors and coversas per client and brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintainconsistent page layouts, grids, and typographic styles.
• Coordinate with project managers, editors, and illustrators to ensure design accuracy and timely delivery.
• Prepareprint-ready and digital fileswith complete preflight checks.
• Review and mentor junior designers where required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate inDesign, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Minimum5 years of book design experience(K-12 or Higher-Ed preferred).
• Proficient inAdobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong eye for detail, layout, and print production standards.
