M Moser Associates, the winner of first ever American Institute of Architects (AIA) International Region Firm Award, is seeking an accomplished and talented Conceptual Design leader to join our west team. As a key member of our design team, you will work on a variety of projects ranging from corporate offices to healthcare and education facilities. Your role will involve obtaining and developing design briefs, conceptualizing and establishing design strategies, creating detailed design drawings and renderings, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Highlights:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have a degree in architecture or interior design, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in leading conceptual designs and being familiar with each stages towards successful delivering the entire project. You should be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software, and have a keen interest in exploring the use of AI tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving Concept design for pitches across Pan India and manage design expectations of on-going design & build projects.
• Proven experience and sound technical knowledge of managing the design standards of onsite workplace design projects.
• Excellent in Client interfacing with solution-driven approach.
• Proven experience in delivering innovative and comprehensive design presentations leading to successful design sign offs and project wins.
• Managing, mentoring and supervising a creative designers with a creative & consultative approach.
• Participating in projects as catalyst to drive multidisciplinary design teams across all project phases from concept to completion.
• Reviewing all technical drawings and BOQs of design and build projects that is undertaken by the studio.
• An ability to manage multiple teams under the guidance of Design Head and fostering creative skills amongst the team, accelerate the progress of detail drawings, technical studies, specifications and other tasks on multiple projects.

Key Competencies:

• Must have experience and confidence in delivering design pitches to corporate clients
• Ability to maintain design integrity from design concept to on-site construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Action-oriented, driven towards results
• Able to work entrepreneurially yet thrive collaborating in a team
• Academic Background with training in architecture or ID.
• Strong Workplace design experience of minimum 5 years preferred.
