Key Responsibilities

Design Delivery & Quality:

• Own end-to-end delivery of marketing design creatives at scale, including email campaigns, paid media ads, landing pages, and brand assets.

• Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and brand adherence across all outputs.

• Establish clear design guidelines, review processes, and quality benchmarks.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of graphic designers, driving performance, accountability, and growth.

• Plan capacity, allocate work effectively, and ensure predictable delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Build a motivated, collaborative, and continuously improving design team.

Experience & Qualifications

Experience:

• 7–10 years of experience in graphic / visual / marketing design roles.

• Prior experience managing design teams is mandatory.

• Strong experience delivering high-volume marketing creatives in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Tools:

• Strong portfolio showcasing visual judgment, consistency, and design problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma); familiarity with modern design tools.

• Working knowledge and hands-on exposure to AI-assisted design tools.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Ability to explain design decisions clearly to non-design stakeholders.

• Comfortable handling feedback, ambiguity, and tight timelines.

• Marketing design output scales without dilution in quality.

• Leadership has confidence and clarity on design decisions.

• The design team is engaged, productive, and continuously improving.

• AI and process improvements measurably increase delivery efficiency.
