We are seeking a Senior Design Manager / Associate – Concept Design to strengthen our design leadership across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong conceptual thinking, creative exploration, and the ability to translate design intent into high-quality schematic outputs for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of concept designs, illustrations, and presentations that reflect strong design sensibility and technical rigor.
• Translate approved concepts into schematic drawings that clearly communicate design intent while maintaining quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Manage and mentor design teams to produce client-facing drawings, visualizations, and presentations within defined timelines.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary consultant teams to deliver fast-track and large-scale projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• 8–12 years of professional experience in designing, coordinating, and delivering residential and commercial base-build projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams in a collaborative consultancy environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud and/or Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident professional presence.
