About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager - BIM to lead BIM strategy, coordination, and delivery across large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. This role calls for a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration to ensure high-quality, accurate, and well-coordinated project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architecture, Structure, and MEP) to ensure seamless integration and clash-free designs.
- Oversee the development of accurate BIM models and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Perform model audits, clash detection, and coordination reviews using tools like Navisworks.
- Translate design intent into coordinated and technically sound BIM deliverables.
- Mentor and guide BIM teams, driving consistency, efficiency, and skill development.
- Work closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients to align BIM outputs with project timelines and goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve BIM processes and enhance overall project efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- 8-15 years of relevant BIM experience, preferably in large or multidisciplinary project environments.
- Proven track record in delivering BIM for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Good understanding of construction methods, detailing, and project lifecycle.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Revit for BIM modeling and coordination.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD for architectural drawings.
- Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Clear understanding of how architectural, structural, and MEP systems integrate within BIM.
