Budget: ₹12-15LPA (Based on experience and exposure) 

About the Role

Eventive Communications is seeking a highly creative and detail-driven Event Set Designer / Art 

Director (3D) to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring strong conceptual thinking, design 

leadership, and hands-on experience in creating immersive event environments from ideation to 

production. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to transform brand stories into 

stunning spatial experiences that are both visually compelling and technically feasible. 

Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development & Ideation: Create innovative event set and stage design concepts aligned 

with brand and event objectives. Translate creative briefs into visually captivating 3D design 

presentations. 

• 3D Design & Visualization: Develop detailed 3D renders, layouts, and mock-ups for events, 

exhibitions, and installations. Prepare production-ready design files and technical drawings for 

fabrication. 

• Design Research: Conduct visual and trend research to inspire and refine design direction. 

• Design Workflow Management (Plus point): Manage and guide junior designers and freelancers 

through the design development process. Ensure timely delivery of designs while maintaining high 

creative standards. 

• Coordination & Execution: Work closely with production, fabrication, and event management teams 

to ensure seamless on-ground execution. Provide design supervision and creative input during 

event setup. 

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a 3D Set Designer / Art Director in an event management agency 

(mandatory). 

• Strong proficiency in 3Ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AutoCAD. 

• Solid understanding of space planning, event production, and fabrication processes. 

• Proven ability to take concepts from ideation to execution with attention to detail and brand 

alignment. 

• Excellent communication, time management, and team collaboration skills.
