Senior Design Manager - Architecture
We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Design Manager with expertise in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD, and proven experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial developments.
The ideal candidate will have 612 years of architectural experience and a strong background in leading projects from concept through construction documentation using BIM-driven workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and delivery for High-Rise Residential & Commercial projects.
- Drive BIM implementation using Revit across all design phases.
- Develop, review, and coordinate detailed BIM models with structural.
- Ensure high-quality production of drawings and documentation in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related design issues.
- Lead and mentor internal design teams to maintain documentation standards and timelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 612 years of professional experience.
- Strong experience in High-Rise Residential and Commercial projects.
- Proven leadership in managing design teams and project coordination.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (BIM modeling & coordination).
- Strong command of AutoCAD.
- Experience in BIM-based project delivery and consultant coordination.
- Knowledge of local building codes and construction documentation standards.
