Senior Design Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Design Manager with 5–7 years of experience in the architectural field. The candidate will be responsible for managing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. The role requires strong design sensibility, project management capabilities, and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept development to execution.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior architects/designers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
• Oversee site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
• Identify risks and propose design solutions to address project challenges.
• Maintain high standards of quality, innovation, and sustainability in design.
