This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Design Engineer based in Noida. The Sr. Design Engineer will lead product and design engineering tasks, including conceptualizing and developing solutions to address industrial air pollution and energy efficiency challenges. Responsibilities include utilizing Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that designs meet project specifications and client needs. In addition, the Sr. Design Engineer will oversee quality assurance, collaborate with the manufacturing team, and refine designs to optimize performance and functionality.

• Strong expertise in Design Engineering, Product Design, and Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for drafting and modeling
• Understanding of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering principles as they apply to industrial solutions
• Problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and clients
• Experience in industrial air pollution control or related technologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
