Senior Design Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform blueprint design for multiple client projects across HighRadius products.
• Gather business requirements, explore solution options, and finalize designs through collaboration with internal and client teams.
• Oversee Consultants and, through them, Associate Consultants and Data Analysts to ensure solutions are built as per design.
• Ensure project success by delivering business value to clients and holding team members accountable for outcome metrics.
• Keep the Delivery Manager and Program Director informed of potential risks related to solution design or project value.
• Produce actionable deliverables and influence stakeholders to make informed design decisions.
• Act as the voice of reason within both HighRadius and client teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
