Job SummaryRoyalLinks is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong design capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
- Prepare presentations, 3D models, and project proposals
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation
- Conduct site visits and oversee project execution
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills- Experience in residential and commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices
- Familiarity with 3D visualization tools
