Job Summary:Royallinks is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, and execution of residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage architectural design projects from initial concept through execution
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for smooth project execution
- Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy
- Review and approve drawings, materials, and finishes
- Collaborate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently
- Provide innovative and cost-effective design solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in architecture and project handling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Requirements:- Experience in residential and interior projects
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainable and modern design practices
Salary Range: 50,000 70,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
