The role will be responsible for end-to-end architectural design management, ensuring projects are innovative, compliant, and aligned with business and customer expectations.

About the Role

The Architectural Leader will oversee the design and execution of residential projects, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market needs while managing multiple projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Design Leadership

• Lead concept design, master planning, and design development for residential projects
• Define and drive design standards, guidelines, and innovation across projects
• Ensure alignment of design with brand positioning and market needs

Project Design Management

• Oversee multiple residential projects (high-rise / township) from concept to execution
• Ensure timely delivery of design milestones as per project schedules
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization without compromising design intent

Consultant & Stakeholder Management

• Manage and coordinate with external architects, consultants, and design partners
• Collaborate with Projects, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and BD teams
• Act as a key interface between design and execution teams

Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and statutory approvals
• Support in approval processes and authority liaison

Innovation & Process Improvement

• Drive design standardization and efficiency initiatives
• Introduce best practices in sustainability and green building design
• Improve design timelines and execution quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's / master's degree in architecture
• 15+ years of experience in real estate residential projects
• Proven experience in handling large-scale developments

Required Skills

Strong expertise in:

• Residential architecture (high-rise / township projects)
• Master planning and unit planning
• Design development and detailing

Experience in:

• Consultant coordination and design management
• Value engineering and cost optimization

Knowledge of:

• Local regulations (Karnataka)
• Sustainable and green building practices

Proficiency in:

• AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (preferred)
