Job Description
The scope of services includes General Consultancy works for Gurugram Metro Rail Project, based at Gurugram, Haryana, India. Role extensively involves supporting client in review and supervision works.
Responsibilities
- Supervision of Civil, MEP & Track works of the contractor as per the drawings, specification and work schedule specified in the contract.
- Preparation of daily work report for the client.
- Interfacing with other contractors (Rolling Stock, Plant & Machinery, Track, Signaling, Telecom etc.) to ensure that the Depot when completed has all the intended functionalities.
- Checking the day-to-day activity at site and supervising the engineers at site.
- Approving of handing over checklist for the various structures.
- Holding daily, weekly and monthly progress review meetings with Depot and other contractors
- Review Project schedule and mitigation plans for any delays.
- Prepare integrated schedule for the Depot .
- Resolving the issues related to drawings and vendor approval.
Ensuring that the contractor follows the safety norms and procedures.
Qualifications
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
Experience
- Total 15 years experience
- Minimum metro/ rail experience in 5 or 3 years
