We are looking for a Sr. Depot Executive to join our growing team in Mohali. This role will be pivotal in managing depot operations, coordinating international shipments, and ensuring timely, high-
quality service delivery to our clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned depots and warehouses.
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and dispatch logs.
- Coordinate shipment activities with vendors, stakeholders, and global clients.
- Provide real-time shipment updates across time zones.
- Ensure ERP/ServiceNow systems are updated with live status.
- Review documentation for customs, insurance, and compliance.
- Liaise with freight providers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to ensure SLA adherence.
- Resolve shipment delays, exceptions, or escalations.
- Collaborate with engineers and depot teams to ensure accurate asset dispatch.
- Drive process improvements in warehouse and logistics operations.
- Prepare performance data using Excel/Power BI for reporting.
- Ensure correct packing, labelling, insurance, and documentation.
- Work with customs brokers for timely clearance when required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of overall experience in logistics, depot, or warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, ERP/WMS platforms.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage 3PLs and ensure SLA compliance.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, airway bills, customs duties, and HS codes.
- Willingness to work in shifts to support global time zones.
