Role:Senior Delivery Manager IT Programs
Location: Bangalore / Ahmedabad
Experience: 1215 Years (Strictly IT Services Background)
We are looking for a senior IT Delivery Leader who has owned enterprise-level program portfolios, driven governance frameworks, and managed financial accountability within an IT services organization.
Mandatory Requirements
- 1215 years of experience in IT Services / Engineering Delivery
- Proven ownership of multiple large IT programs or portfolio delivery (not a single project)
- Strong experience in PMO governance setup and delivery frameworks
- Direct P&L, margin, budgeting, and revenue accountability
- Experience in Fixed Price and T&M commercial models
- Strong collaboration with Sales, Presales, Engineering, and HR
- MBA preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT programs
- Ensure profitability, margin optimization, and cost control
- Establish governance, reporting, and risk management structures
- Align Sales commitments with Engineering capacity
- Drive execution excellence and client satisfaction
Not Suitable For
- ITSM / Service Desk / Infrastructure-only profiles
- Scrum Masters without portfolio ownership
- Pure Operations / Support roles
- Project Managers without commercial accountability
