About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Database Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory (ADF), along with working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric. The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing ETL processes, building insightful reports, and supporting the transition to modern data platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Manage and enhance SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business insights.
- Build and manage data pipelines in Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Work with Microsoft Fabric for modern data integration and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across all deliverables.
Required Skills:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server & SSIS ETL development.
- Strong expertise in SQL development and performance optimization.
- Proven experience in Power BI report/dashboard development (mandatory).
- Practical experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
