Desired Profiles
- Lead database migration projects from Oracle to PostgreSQL ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime.
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance PostgreSQL solutions.
- Optimize database performance through tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
- Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, and views in PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with application teams for seamless integration and modernization.
- Conduct data modeling and schema design aligned with business requirements.
- Implement best practices for database security, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on migration tools and methodologies.
- Troubleshoot complex database issues and ensure high availability.
- Document architecture, processes, and migration strategies for knowledge sharing.
