- Perform wait state analysis and optimize storage I/O performance.
High Availability & Disaster Recovery
- Design, implement, and manage SQL Server Always On Availability Groups.
- Troubleshoot high-latency transactional replication issues in high-throughput systems.
- Establish and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Automation & Scripting

- Build and maintain cross-platform automation frameworks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible.
- Implement automated compliance checks and health monitoring for large-scale environments.
Database Migration & Upgrades
- Architect and execute migration strategies for large databases (10TB+) from on premises to AWS (EC2/RDS) with minimal downtime. Utilize tools and techniques such as Log Shipping, Mirroring, and AWS DMS.
- Leverage Delphix for data virtualization and masking to streamline non-production data provisioning.
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Deploy and manage SQL Server databases in AWS environments, including RDS and EC2.
- Ensure adherence to cloud best practices for scalability, security, and cost optimization.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Proactively monitor database performance and resolve incidents.
