As a Senior Data Solutions Engineer, you will be a key individual contributor focused on designing, building, and supporting analytical data solutions for our clients. You will work closely with other engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable data models, transformation pipelines, and insightful analytics and visualizations.

This role is well-suited for someone with solid experience across the modern data toolchainingestion, transformation, analysis, and visualizationwho enjoys hands-on development and is eager to continue learning new tools, platforms, and best practices. While the role is primarily delivery-focused, you will also gain exposure to client-facing work, solution design, and light mentoring, preparing you for growth into more senior or lead roles over time.

This role is based in Jaipur, India, and operates as part of a global delivery model, collaborating with teams and clients across regions.

• Design, build, and maintain data transformation pipelines using SQL-first tools and modern analytics engineering practices.
• Develop clean, well-documented data models that support analytics, reporting, and visualization use cases.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Partner with architects and senior team members to understand business requirements and translate them into executable technical tasks.
• Contribute to end-to-end data solutions across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of data pipelines and analytics assets.
• Work within a global delivery model, collaborating with onshore and offshore team members to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Follow and contribute to established best practices for data modeling, version control, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve solution quality.
• Continuously learn new tools, technologies, and patterns in the modern data ecosystem.

• 46 years of experience working across the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
• Strong experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Hands-on experience building data transformation pipelines using SQL-first tools and frameworks such as dbt, Coalesce, or Spark SQL in platforms like Databricks.
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and analytical data structures.
• Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write efficient, readable, and maintainable queries.
• Familiarity with modern data engineering and analytics workflows, including version control and collaborative development.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor within an agile, delivery-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience with Python for data processing, automation, or analytics.
• Exposure to modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Experience using Spark-based environments or cloud data warehouses.
• Actively pursuing or holding certifications in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake.
• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
• Familiarity with data quality, governance concepts, or basic security best practices.
