Required Skills:
- Design, build, and deploy Generative AI solutions using LLMs for enterprise use cases.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
- Fine-tune and evaluate foundation models to improve accuracy, relevance, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Apply ML, statistical techniques, and experimentation for feature engineering and model validation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
- Implement scalable and secure model deployments with CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
- Ensure Responsible AI practices, including bias mitigation, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor production models and continuously improve performance using feedback loops.
