About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist who can leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience building scalable ML solutions, strong business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets using advanced statistical methods.
- Design and implement end-to-end data science solutions from data exploration to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Business) to understand requirements and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
- Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
- Evaluate model performance and ensure continuous monitoring and improvement.
- Work with Data Engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Stay updated on emerging ML/AI techniques, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 6–8 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch preferred)
- SQL and data wrangling
- Strong background in:
- Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, NLP, time series, etc.)
- Statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience deploying models into production using MLOps frameworks (Azure ML, SageMaker, MLflow, etc.).
- Good understanding of data structures, ETL pipelines, and data engineering concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience with:
- NLP frameworks (spaCy, HuggingFace)
- Deep learning (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- Big Data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Hive)
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation design.
- Prior experience working in a product, analytics, SaaS, or enterprise environment.

- Ability to translate complex findings into simple business insights.
