About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and deliver advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work on large-scale datasets, build production-grade machine learning models, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, and product teams to drive data-driven decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and patterns
- Design, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Build and maintain data pipelines; perform data wrangling using Python, R, and SQL
- Communicate insights through effective data visualization and storytelling
- Evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performance
- Deploy and manage ML/AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards
Must-Have Skills:
- 810+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI projects
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.)
- Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn
- Hands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Time Series Analysis
- Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment
- Experience in Prompt Engineering, RAG, Context Engineering, or Agentic AI
- Relevant certifications or strong project portfolios in Data Science / ML
