About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, build predictive models, and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support business decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
- Communicate findings through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data science and AI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and algorithm development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
