Required Skills And Qualifications :
- Masters or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in data science, with a strong focus on optimization.
- Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, and optimization libraries such as PuLP, Pyomo, Gurobi, or CPLEX.
- Experience with end-to-end lifecycle of internal optimization projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working on internal company projects focused on logistics, resource planning, workforce optimization, or cost reduction.
- Exposure to tools/platforms like Databricks, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker.
- Familiarity with dashboards and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Prior experience in consulting or internal centers of excellence (CoE) is a plus.
