Senior Data Modeler (Snowflake)

THE OPPORTUNITY

Customer is re-platfoming its enterprise data estate onto Snowflake — and we need a sharp Data Modeler to own the design of the DFE Idset domain from the ground up. This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be shaping the architecture that feeds Customer's analytics, identity resolution, and AI initiatives for years to come.

12-month contract. Long-term by design. Offshore-based (Pune or Bengaluru) with direct collaboration with Customer's US data architecture team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

–Design and own conceptual, logical, and physical data models for the FDE Mindset domain on Snowflake

–Align model design with Customer's Data platform standards and enterprise data governance frameworks

–Work directly with data engineers and pipeline teams to ensure models are performant and production-ready

–Build data structures that support AI/ML feature pipelines and serving layers — not just reporting

–Be the go-to voice for data modeling decisions in sprint reviews and design sessions with Customer stakeholders

WHAT YOU BRING

–8+ years of enterprise data modeling — relational, dimensional, Data Vault

–Hands-on Snowflake experience: clustering, micro-partitioning, dbt, dynamic tables

–Familiarity with CoreXT concepts or equivalent enterprise data platform frameworks

–An eye for AI-ready data design — feature stores, training datasets, model result schemas

–Clear communicator. Comfortable owning a design conversation with senior technical stakeholders
