We are seeking a Senior Data Developer to design, develop, and manage enterprise data services for a major multinational organization. The development phase is already underway, and the role will play a critical part in building new data solutions while maintaining and optimizing the existing BI landscape. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Gurgaon.
Your tasks
- Developing new OLAP cubes and supporting BI architecture evolution
- Delivering new data integration projects and implementing ETL flows
- Building static reports using SSRS
- Performing complex maintenance on existing cubes, ETL processes, and data flows
- Following clean-code principles and best coding practices to optimize performance
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Working with regional clients to support BI development and data delivery
- Communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of data services
Requirements
- Over 10 years of extensive experience in data development
- Expertise at level 10/10 in MSSQL, SSIS, SSAS, DAX, and SSRS
- Strong capability in designing DB schemas (RDBMS & OLAP) and data flows
- Proven experience with new cube development, data integration projects, ETL flow implementation, and SSRS report creation
- Solid background in maintaining complex BI systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work effectively with high-engagement stakeholders, including global enterprise teams
- Strong knowledge of clean coding practices and performance optimization
Nice-to-have requirements
- Experience working with multinational teams (EU region)
- Prior experience with enterprise-grade BI ecosystems
