Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement end-to-end data governance for medium to large-sized data projects.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain Data Governance tools such as Collibra, Apache Atlas, Microsoft PurView, and BigID.
  • Evaluate and recommend appropriate data governance tools and technologies based on business requirements.
  • Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules and standards.
  • Collaborate with data stewards, IT, legal, and business units to establish data governance processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to data stewards in their roles.
  • Work with business units to define, develop, and maintain business glossaries.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data governance frameworks.
  • Align data governance objectives with IT, data management teams, and business units.
  • Communicate data governance initiatives, policies, and standards effectively across the organization.
