Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Data Engineer. The Senior Data Engineer will develop and optimize data pipelines, build and maintain scalable data architectures, and design efficient ETL processes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and availability for analytics and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Data Engineering, including building and optimizing data pipelines and designing ETL processes
• Proficiency in AWS data services such as S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, Lambda, and Kinesis.
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., PySpark).
• Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices as they apply to data engineering and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting data quality and performance issues
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge of AI/ML workflows and automation is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
