About Position:
We are seeking a Data Engineer/Developer to join our IS/IT squad, working under the guidance of a Team Leader to deliver highquality data solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting data pipelines and analytical solutions within the Corporate Data Lake using Azure technologies. You will work on endtoend data engineering tasks involving Databricks (Python, PySpark), Azure Data Factory, and SQL, ensuring smooth delivery through all stagesfrom development to production deployment. The role also involves providing L3 support, assisting during UAT, and collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams. You will contribute to scalable data architectures, maintain high coding standards, and help drive continuous improvement within the squad.

What You'll Do:
- Part of an IS/IT squad under the supervision of a Team Leader.
- Will work on data projects as a Developer/Data Engineer.
- Responsible for building and supporting solutions in the Corporate Data Lake using Azure technologies (Databricks with Python, PySpark, Azure Data Factory), SQL, and ensuring delivery through to production deployment.
- Handle L3 support, including assistance during User Acceptance Testing.
- 5 to 8
- years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Experience in data warehousing/data lake development with strong data modeling skills.
- Experience deploying application components using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitLab).
- Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of handson experience in Data Engineering, with strong exposure to data lake and data warehouse environments.
- Proficiency in Azure Data technologies, including:
- Databricks with Python & PySpark
- Azure Data Factory for orchestration
- Strong SQL development and optimization skills
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and performing robust data modeling for analytical and reporting use cases.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally using Azure DevOps or GitLab, for deploying and managing application components.
- Ability to support L3 activities, troubleshoot issues, and assist business users during UAT.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a team-first approach to delivering business value.
- Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate is beneficial but not mandatory.
