Molex is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and sustain the data foundation that enables better decisions across our global manufacturing network. In this role, you will turn complex operational and production data into trusted, reusable data products that power analytics, AI, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Required: Technical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- 5:8 years of strong experience with SQL and analytical data modeling for complex operational datasets
- 5:8 years of proficiency in Python (or equivalent) for building data engineering and transformation workflows
- 5:8 years of experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines using enterprise or cloud data tools (e.g., Talend, AWS Glue, or similar)
- 5:8 years of hands on experience with cloud based data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or comparable analytical warehouses
- Required: Soft skills
- CET-4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to communicate requirements smoothly with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with incomplete, noisy, or evolving manufacturing and operations data
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and written communication skills
- Strong communication skills and team collaboration spirit; detail-oriented and proactive in work
- Preferred:
- AI use cases
- Familiarity with manufacturing concepts such as production reporting, quality events, material movements, and operational KPIs
