Role Overview:
We're looking for a passionate Data Engineer who can design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. You'll play a key role in enabling analytics, business insights, and decision-making across Product, Growth, and Creator teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage ETL pipelines to collect, process, and transform large-scale data.
- Work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Product teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Implement and optimize data storage solutions (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Ensure high data quality, reliability, and performance in all pipelines.
- Automate workflows, monitor data systems, and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Support migration, scaling, and integration of new data sources.
Requirements:
- 38 years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, and data pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, etc.).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with data warehousing and real-time data streaming (Kafka, Spark preferred).
- Solid understanding of data modelling and schema design.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows is a plus.

- Experience in a consumer-tech, gaming, or social media platform.
- Understanding of analytics and experimentation frameworks.
