Mandatory Skills - ETL & Data Engineering Strong expertise in data pipelines, warehousing, and transformations (Azure Databricks, Python, Pyspark), BI Tools - PowerBI and Team Handling Experience .

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable data solutions.
- - Lead stakeholder communication and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- - Drive problem discovery, scoping, program management, delivery, etc.
- - Lead requirements elicitation using a combination of business acumen and technology understanding
- - Translate the requirements of the solution to technical architects. Review the solution design & estimation for conformity with client requirements
- - Coordinate program delivery (communicating updates, bottlenecks, risks, delays, etc)
- - Measure and articulate the value of solutions developed to help drive solution adoption by business teams.
- - Provide strategic guidance on ETL processes, data engineering solutions, and cloud architectures, BI Solutions( Power BI)
- - Data engineering (building out the medallion architecture, bronze, silver and gold)
- - Analytics Consulting Proven ability to lead engagements and advise on digital transformation.
- - Stakeholder Management Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
