We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Data Consultant/Senior Data Analyst at Eucloid. The candidate will collaborate with client stakeholders on multiple projects in the eCommerce team.
Responsibilities
- Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key website/app metrics for Upper Funnel, Middle Funnel and Lower Funnel experiences.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple LOBs and functions.
- Translate business requirements into understanding key KPIs that can help guide decision-making.
- Create site performance dashboards in a product analytics tool like Adobe Analytics (or similar tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc. ).
- Develop Data-driven hypothesis and make recommendations on improving site engagement, conversion and other metrics.
- Define requirements for business dashboards to be created in Tableau.
- Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data warehouses and understand the trends/drivers of those metrics.
- Lead and participate in daily standup meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those.
- Lead and participate in WBR/MBRs to present and discuss business trends.
- Hire, develop and mentor junior data analysts in the team.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics, from a Top-Tier institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of Product Analytics tool Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/Amplitude, etc.
- Proficiency in SQL and Data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management regarding the implementation of changes.
- Strong Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in managing Director+ level stakeholders a plus.
- Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
- Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate.
