Responsibilities
- Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements, interpret complex business requirements, translate into meaningful data requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect & deliver data solutions
- Initiates, leads, and performs in-depth analysis and provides recommendations on data architecture to support complex business problems.
- Design data models - Conceptual, Logicaland collaborate with Data Engineers on the data model, its maintenance and optimization, and end-to-end data-driven integration strategy
- Participate in developing the future state data architecture standards, guidelines, and principles
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- 5 or more years of experience in Data architecture and data modeling
- Strong domain expertise in functional areas like Finance, Risks, HR, Supply Chain etc
- Experience with SQL or equivalent database querying language
- Working knowledge of relational databases, including MySQL, and large-scale distributed systems
- Analytical skills with the experience identifying, quantifying, and effectively raising business risks associated with data quality or non-compliance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with capability to execute with business stakeholders.
