Your tasks
- Formulation and coordination of requirements for data pools and data structures. Transfer these requirements into requests and follow up these requests closely and ensure good quality and on time fulfilment. Therefore, the job holder is a knowledge bearer regarding data tables and data objects at Huber and Suhner.
- Cross-Departmental Alignment: Support the value stream by ensuring that data-driven insights help synchronize operations and facilitate collaboration between departments. Align RF data and reporting structure with them of other areas. Ensure consistent data across reports (single source of truth).
- Data Analysis: Conduct advanced data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in SCM data, enabling fact-based decision-making.
- Data Visualization: Develop interactive and static dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI to enhance transparency and operational insights.
- Decision Intelligence: Generate actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making across the value stream.
- Process Automation and Improvement: Design and implement automation solutions for data collection, processing, and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborates strongly with the BI team in IT, ensuring that data solutions are aligned with business needs and that analytics drive tangible value. Create and share ideas of data architectures and BI operating concept.
- Train others in using and creating reports and teach user about data structures and data management in BI environment.
Your profile
Education and Experience:
- Strong analytical skills
- Business acumen and understanding of SCM processes preferably in an production environment
- Min 5 years experience with BI Tools (preferred Power BI) and ERP Data
- Nice to have: Experience with ETL tools, data lakes, Data Warehouse design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good English skills in speaking and writing.
- Willingness to perform cross-functional collaboration to enable data-driven decision-making and continuous value creation.
