Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to support decision-
making across supply chain, operations, and growth functions. The ideal candidate should be
comfortable working with large datasets, building dashboards, and generating actionable
insights to improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business data across sales, inventory, supply chain, and customer operations
- Build and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue
- growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, finance, warehouse)
- Automate recurring reports and processes using Excel, SQL, or scripting
- Support demand planning, inventory forecasting, and order fulfillment analysis
- Monitor key KPIs such as fill rate, order accuracy, RTO %, NDR %, and delivery

- Assist in data validation, reconciliation, and process improvements
- Translate business problems into data requirements and analytical solutions
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel)
- Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros, Lookup functions, Data Modeling
- Good working knowledge of SQL (data extraction, joins, aggregations)
- Basic understanding of VBA / scripting for automation
- Experience with Power BI / Tableau / or similar visualization tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle large datasets and derive meaningful insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in D2C brands, e-commerce, or startup ecosystem
- Understanding of order management systems (OMS), warehouse operations, and
- supply chain metrics
- Exposure to tools like EasyEcom, Unicommerce, or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with marketplace data (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
