Job Description

Job Title: Senior Data / Product Analyst (Remote - India)

Location: Remote (India)

Work Schedule: 4 PM / 5 PM to Midnight IST, 2-3 times per week (due to collaboration with US/Ukraine teams)

We are hiring Senior Data and Product Analysts to join our growing team. If you have a passion for leveraging data to drive product decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. You will be instrumental in conducting A/B testing, statistical analysis, and developing product metrics that directly impact our business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end data analysis for various product initiatives, from hypothesis generation to presenting results and recommendations.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure the impact of new features and product changes.
  • Utilize statistical methods (descriptive and inferential analysis) to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain key product metrics (Conversion Rate, Retention, LTV, Unit Economics) to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership across different time zones (US/Ukraine).
  • Create impactful visualizations and dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Data and Product Analytics.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Expertise in Python for data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and BigQuery.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau).
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B Testing and Hypothesis Testing.
  • Strong background in Statistical Analysis (descriptive and inferential).
  • Domain Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of core product metrics (Conversion Rate, Retention, LTV, Unit Economics).

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.

Qualifications:

  • B.E/B.Tech, BSc+MSc (Economics/Statistics), or MS (Regulars and Full-time only).

Work Environment:

  • Mode: Remote (India)
  • Note: Candidates must be flexible to work from 4 PM/5 PM to Midnight IST two or three times a week to align with our international teams.
