Job Description:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in BFSI or FinTech domain).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and familiarity with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, Pivot tables).
- Exposure to Python / R for data analysis and automation (nice to have).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Exposure in Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams to define data requirements.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Support the design of data models and contribute to building analytical frameworks.
- Generate ad-hoc analyses and present findings to business and technical audiences.
- Collaborate with teams to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
- Document data sources, logic, and methodologies to maintain transparency and consistency.
