Days: Monday – Friday (US business hours alignment)

Salary: 7-11 LPA based on current CTC & experience

Notice Period: Up to 30 days or Immediate joiner

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We're looking for a highly technical Data Analyst to serve as the sole point of contact for all data needs across our organization. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in business intelligence tools, CRM systems, data infrastructure, and automation workflows. You'll own everything from data cleaning and SQL queries to building executive dashboards, managing data architecture, and automating workflows in HubSpot.

Core Capabilities (Mandatory):

•       Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Looker and Excel/Google Sheets

•       Serve as the primary owner of all data operations — reporting, analysis, and data integrity

•       Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM including automation workflows, data hygiene, and reporting

•       Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis

•       Design and maintain data lake and data warehouse architectures to support scalable analytics

•       Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance across all business systems

•       Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to move data between systems

•       Create automated data pipelines using tools like Zapier and native integrations

•       Translate business requirements into actionable data insights and visualizations

•       Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams

•       Document data processes, definitions, and reporting standards

Required Skills:

1. BI & Visualization- Expert-level proficiency in Looker, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling)
2. CRM- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot — including custom properties, workflows, automation, and reporting
3. SQL- Proficient in writing complex SQL queries (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions)
4. Data Infrastructure- Solid understanding of data lake and data warehouse concepts, architecture patterns, and best practices
5. Cloud Data Platforms- Hands-on experience with at least one major platform: BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, or Azure Synapse
6. Automation- Experience with Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar automation platforms
7. Data Skills- Strong understanding of data cleaning, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data governance
8. Communication- Fluent in written and spoken English — excellent communication skills required
9. Experience- 4+years in a data analyst or similar technical role

Preferred Skills:

•       Experience with Python or R for data analysis and scripting

•       Familiarity with Google Apps Script for Sheets automation

•       Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation

•       Knowledge of data ingestion tools like Fivetran, Airbyte, or Stitch

•       Experience building and managing data pipelines in cloud environments

•       Understanding of lakehouse architecture (e.g., Delta Lake, Apache Iceberg)

•       Background in B2B, SaaS, or service-based businesses

•       Exposure to AI/ML tools for data analysis or automation
