About the Engagement

We are recruiting on behalf of a global e-commerce giant(for full time role on their payroll) - a category creator that has pioneered online marketplaces for over two decades, connecting hundreds of millions of buyers and sellers across 190+ markets worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to be embedded within their Customer Experience Analytics team and drive data-led decisions at a truly global scale.

What You will Do

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Looker
• Design future-state reporting infrastructure for customer service operations
• Use AI tools and LLMs to enhance analysis and insight generation
• Analyze CX data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities
• Tackle ambiguous business problems by breaking them down into structured analytical approaches
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

What We are Looking For

• 4+ years in analytics, data science, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA preferred
• Strong SQL skills; expert with Tableau or Looker or PowerBI or other dashboarding tools creating complex dashboards
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Basic to intermediate Python for automation and data work
• Exposure to AI, LLM tools and eagerness to apply them practically
• Strong problem-solving ability - you can diagnose issues, connect the dots across datasets, and drive to actionable conclusions independently
• Excellent communication - you tell stories, not just present data
• Experience with customer service or contact centre data is a plus
