Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst will lead data analysis initiatives, transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and hands-on experience with modern data tools.

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Identify key business metrics and enable prompt and accurate reporting for business leaders

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Lead data-driven projects and collaborate with business teams to understand requirements.

Create predictive models and perform statistical analysis to support business outcomes.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all reporting processes.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and structured manner.

Optimize data workflows, pipelines, and reporting processes for improved efficiency.

Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Metabase).

Ownership and accountability of outcome metrics

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.

4 + years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related domains.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Metabase).

Experience with Python/R for statistical modelling and data manipulation.

Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance

Ability to translate business needs into analytical frameworks.

Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
