YOUR NEW ROLE

• Analyse, track and review business performance on key customer centric metrics
  

• Support in the development & delivery of analytics capabilities to uncover customer centric insights driving engagement.
  

• Uncover deep customer insights to drive Customer Engagement, Customer Lifetime Value, Main Banking relationship. Work with stakeholders and peers to prioritise key analytics.
  

• Developing insightful, intuitive dashboards to scale the analytics across Everyday Banking Relationships team
  
  

• Over 5 plus years experience as a data analyst.
  

• Proven ability to analyse data and present it in an effective and meaningful manner
  

• Commercial acumen, an ability to mine data and using your contextual skills, find the insights that will be valuable to the business
  

• Experience in business analysis in a banking context will be viewed favourably
  
  

• Advanced or demonstrable experience in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel and SharePoint.
  

• Ability to convert data into information and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  

• Understand financial services data and able to understand data models and relationships to compile reporting and metrics.
  

• Ability to design, develop, execute, complete ETL and present data in a graphical or pictorial format based on requirements using Power BI.
  

• Attention to detail, self-managed, strong data and problem-solving capabilities.
  

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional team.
