About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join an on-site analytics team in India. You will convert raw data into actionable insights that improve course outcomes, learner engagement, and placement metricsworking closely with Product, Curriculum, Sales and Placement teams to drive measurable business impact.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain reliable SQL queries and analytics pipelines to deliver daily, weekly and ad-hoc business reports.
- Create and operate interactive dashboards and visualisations (Tableau/Power BI) to track learner funnels, course KPIs and placement performance.
- Partner with product and operations stakeholders to translate business questions into measurable metrics and analytical experiments.
- Perform cohort analysis, retention analysis and A/B test evaluations to inform curriculum improvements and growth initiatives.
- Define and implement data-quality checks, metadata documentation and basic data governance for core learner datasets.
- Automate recurring analyses and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort and accelerate decision cycles.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent). Proven track record of delivering analytics products and dashboards in a high-growth environment. Strong stakeholder-facing experience and comfortable working on-site in India.
