We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / BI Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making by building scalable data models, advanced Power BI dashboards, and business automation solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into impactful insights. Key Skills Required

• Power BI: Power Query (M), DAX, Report Builder, Workspaces, Dynamic RLS
• Data Modeling & ETL: Snowflake, Data Warehousing, SQL
• Business & Financial Analytics: KPIs, metrics, ratios, trend analysis
• Data Integration: ERP, CRM, SQL databases, APIs
• Power Platform: Power Apps & Power Automate
• Strong stakeholder communication & requirement-gathering skills
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics (preferred)
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics / BI / Data Engineering
• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
