Job Title: Data Analytics Manager
Location: Chennai
EXPECTED QUALIFICATION DETAILS Graduate or post graduate degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications, MBA with Computer Science Engineering
Experience & Shift Coverage :
8- 12 years experience in data analysis,
Shift : Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones.
Job Description :
Key Responsibility Area: (Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent)
o Overall responsibility for servicing clients on Data Analytics and managing the team.
o Business Requirements Analysis, Project management, WBS, Effort Estimation, Scheduling, Resourcing and
time management, Status reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
o Hands on advanced knowledge of analytical techniques, advanced knowledge of SQL or other structured
language, advanced knowledge of Excel.
o Works closely with the Client(s) on scorecards, advisory and modeling.
o Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis.
o Provide leadership to the analytics team and assist the leadership to deliver results, business goals and
commitments. Provide business requirements analysis support and clarifications to the team.
o Work on processes to continuously update rules/procedures to optimize results & manage day-to-day
activities with the team.
o Support various special project assignments.
o Assist in the enforcement of MIS & Data governance policies
Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.)
o Agile Scrum Master/PMI-PMP/PRINCE 2 certification.
o Prior experience as business analyst in a data warehouse implementation project.
o Proven track record with database languages (e.g., SQL) and visualization tools (Tableau/SSRS/ PowerBI).
o Good to have Python experience and advance analytics concepts (AI/ML/GenAI).
o Well versed with MS Excel advanced VBA & DAX, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
o Proficient in Project Management tool (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent).
o Good to have conceptual or working knowledge of Machine Learning & AI, cloud platforms (AWS)
o Experience managing a team of 15-20 Data Analyst.
o Very strong self-learning capabilities to learn new technologies faster and guiding others.
o Knowledge of complex and very complex Python and SQL codes, along with the proficiency to refactor
them.
o Experience of at least one end-to-end (greenfield) implementation of Data Warehousing project/program for
a Bank/NBFC/Credit Union.
o Banking (Retail/Consumer/Commercial/Corporate banking business) domain experience is a must.

o Experience articulating and translating business questions to analytical solutions.
o Ability to handle and structure analysis independently.
o Comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis.
o Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches
to problems/issues in data processing.
o Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills (experience working with US based
banks would be preferred)
o Strong Leadership and collaboration with Team
o Strong skill set in team building, employee development, and delegation
