Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst who excels in interpreting complex data, deriving meaningful metrics, and to steer actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze operational reports and project performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.

• Develop and define meaningful metrics and KPIs that accurately measure performance and success.

• Review and interpret operational reports, ensuring accuracy and providing insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver timely analysis.

• Design and deliver clear, concise, and impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

• Conduct deep dives into specific projects or operational areas to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for optimization.

• Use data to develop recommendations and strategies to enhance performance, streamline processes, and achieve business objectives.

• Stay updated on best practices and trends in data analysis to continuously improve reporting and analysis methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools Power BI and MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas).

• Experience working with databases and querying data using SQL is a plus but not mandatory.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to spot inconsistencies and errors.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with operational processes and the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in analyzing operational performance reports and deriving actionable insights.

• Knowledge of statistical concepts and tools is a bonus
