Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused professional with strong expertise in SQL, reporting, dashboarding, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze data, generate insights, support experimentation initiatives, and drive strategic recommendations.

This role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL.
• Design, develop, and maintain Excel-based dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Track key business and performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives by defining success metrics, analyzing outcomes, and presenting findings.
• Create presentations and reports for senior stakeholders, highlighting trends, performance, and recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reporting deliverables.
• Work cross-functionally with business, product, technology, and analytics teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:Pivot Tables
• Power Query
• Complex formulas
• Dashboard creation
• Reporting automation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in stakeholder-facing roles.
• Good understanding of KPI measurement, reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Knowledge of A/B Testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
