Role: Senior Data Analyst

Location: Remote until further notice

A little bitabout the role:

  • Deliver best-in-classaudience, category and marketanalytics that deliverrobustinsight and actionablelearningsfor various teams and practices, including but not limited to social management, creative, strategy and performance marketing.
  • Interpret,interrogateand utilise datafromvarioussources social,search, survey,paneland 3rdparty research tobuild an integrated view of audiences and their needs,behavioursand attitudes.
  • Bring together data fromnumeroussources to build audiencesegments,sub-culturesand rich profiles that inform what experiences and content we serve.
  • Design,commissionand evaluate the results of surveys to gather more insight and test hypotheses on our audiences and creative work.
  • Carry outaudits ofclient's social channels to understand effectiveness andidentifyplatform,contentand audience insightsrecommendations.
  • Lay the foundations and execute best in class socialinsight reportingincludingbuildingmeasurement frameworks,social benchmarking,building report templates and defining strategic learnings / recommendations.
  • Using social listening tools to track brand reputation,audiencesand content toidentifyemerging cultural trends and opportunities.
  • Usinginfluencer toolsto support in the evaluation of influencer performance throughbespoke influencer measurement methodologies
  • Act as thechampionforour insighttools and associatedproducts and servicesacrossthe business.
  • Collaboratingcloselywith strategists, content,account management, socialand performance teams to deliver insights that matter.
  • Contribute to pitchesand selling incultural andaudience intelligencepracticesto senior clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Create insightand thought-leadership pieces based onaudience,behavioursand trends.
  • Own and developrelationships withkeysupplierswithin our tech stackto maximiseusageand effectiveness.
  • Embed best practice measurement, reporting and insight generation at the heart of all our work.
  • Foster a culture of learning andexpertisewithin the Cultural and Audience Intelligence team by proactively organising learning sessions, training,and sharing industry updates.
  • Manage a team of Analysts acrossnumerousInsight product/service offeringsacross research and measurement disciplines. Ensure the team is knowledgeable and trained indelivering aspects of these services.
  • Track Analyst utilisation andmanage deliverables so the team and projectareboth efficient and hitting the brief.

What you will need to be great in this role:

  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skillswith a keen eye for detail
  • A strategic thinker with an innovative approach to data, pushing the boundaries of how data can be used to decode consumers more emotional needs
  • Expert using socialplatformssuch asBrandwatch,Meltwater,Talkwalker,CreatorIQandSprinklr
  • Extensive experience working within social teamsand executionsacrossorganic, paid, influencer and earned
  • Experience working with panel and survey providers such as Global Web Index,YouGov, Kantar
  • Creatinganalyticalsolutions that aggregate and mine data fromnumeroussourcesto createricher audience viewsand segmentations,uncoveringinsightsthatdrive future strategy
  • Excellent communication / data storytelling skills, ability to distil complex ideas for non-technical audiences
  • An active interest in behavioural science approaches and techniques and how this can be delivered through data
  • An active interest and understanding of AI marketing technologies and how they can be integrated into our practices
  • Proactive ability toidentifyclient insight needs and build tailored solutions accordingly
  • Desire to continually learn and push the boundaries
  • Extremely organised and confident in managingteams of remote individuals
  • Confident and proficient in presenting to senior client and internal stakeholders
  • Confidentand comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Collaborative team player, open minded
